Courageous Sailing
About Courageous
Courageous Sailing has come a long way since our inception in 1987, but our core belief has remained unchanged: When kids get together on a sailboat, sailing is just the beginning of what they learn.

Youth Enrichment Services
Youth Enrichment Services (YES) offers Boston youth opportunities to experience the outdoors, develop confidence, and build leadership skills through year-round sports-based programs. The organization prioritizes serving low-and-moderate income youth with a focus on young people living in the neighborhoods of Dorchester, Roxbury, Mattapan, and Jamaica Plain. All youth at YES are Boston residents and we welcome all young people regardless of race, ethnicity, or economic status. Acceptance into YES programs and sliding scale fees are based on need and determined by household income and residency in YES’s focus neighborhoods.

Sportsmen's Tennis
Founded in 1961 as the first indoor non-profit tennis club built by and for the African American community, Sportsmen’s has spent 65 years investing in Boston’s low-income and minority youth and families. Harlem Lacrosse
Harlem Lacrosse – Boston launched in the fall of 2016 and uses the sport of lacrosse as the foundation for its year-round enrichment, youth development, and academic support programs. We partner with Boston Public Schools and place a male and female full-time Program Director at each site. Programs operate through all four seasons, culminating in a robust summer curriculum that includes club lacrosse, day camp, and overnight experiences. We currently have 350 boys and girls participating across Mattapan, Dorchester, and East Boston from 5th grade to and through high school graduation.

SquashBusters
SquashBusters, founded in 1996, is a youth development organization that combines academic support, squash, and character-building to empower young people from under-resourced communities to thrive in school and beyond. Serving students from middle school through post-secondary and into careers, SquashBusters uses long-term relationships and year-round programming to build confidence, discipline, a strong sense of belonging, and the skills needed for lifelong success.
Change the Game was built on the shared vision and leadership of nine founding youth sports organizations committed to strengthening opportunities for young people across Boston. Each partner brings deep community roots, coaching expertise, and a commitment to Sports-Based Youth Development. Together, these organizations collaborate to elevate coaching quality, expand access to inclusive after-school sports programs, and ensure that youth across Boston experience consistent, intentional support on and off the field.
